- Personality assessments are used at all levels of an organisations. They are useful tools and many can be used across the full employee life cycle. One application of personality assessments is for development including coaching. Unfortunately personality report data often is not capitalised on after a feedback session. Propel Personality is an online platform based on behaviour change research to focus actions and drive behaviour change after a personality assessment has been completed. It provides clarity and focus on actionable steps for individuals following assessment and feedback processes, which are necessary to capitalise on their results. Individuals use Propel Personality to refine priorities and set and monitor goals. Coaches use Propel Personality to work with their clients between face-to-face sessions as well as track and map progress on their goals.
Propel Personality has been mapped to a number of popular personality assessments, including Facet5, Dimensions and Work Behaviour Inventory. If Propel Personality does not already map to your chosen personality assessment, simply contact us and we will gladly evaluate and develop a compatible map.
